2016 Garden Shows
Garden Shows 2016
Garden shows across America are working steady for the spring 2016 Expo’s. I know we are in the dead of winter, but I am excited to share some of the garden shows I have researched. This year I think I am going to try visit two of them, besides Denver Colorado’s Garden and Home show. It is refreshing to see displays of gardens, flower arrangements, landscape design, and attend lectures to gear up for the season after a brown and cold winter. Each show has its own flavor, and I am going to supply you with a small list of shows and share some taste of the venues for you to be able to decide where you might want to visit and attend a garden show. Let’s get started!
The first garden show is in Nashville and is one of the largest in the country, with a unique daily itinerary with renown designers.

This is one of the shows I am very excited to go to, it is a favorite. Once you get on their website, you are going to see exactly why. Who does not like gardens and antiques? There are approximately 10,000 to 15,000 who come through the doors in a weekend’s time. This show always presents great lectures with famous designers around the world. After the lecture there is a book signing, which I always think is a treasure in itself.
Tickets can be purchased individually for specific events and demonstrations or purchase in a bundle price that will include a bit of everything offered that weekend. I encourage you to look at this venue as I am sure you will be impressed with this garden show.

Some say, “Seattle isn’t nearly as large and famous, but many folks say it is the best thing on this side of the Mississippi”. Judging by their presentation on the website I am very excited to check it out. I love the festivities that will take place, such as the vintage gardens market where you can purchase really fun and unique items for your garden, garden wars where those participating will have an hour to put a garden together, seminars, 300 garden markets with different vendors, and 23 gardens built and 1 will have the theme of America the Beautiful. Colorado Garden and Home Show
Denver Botanical Garden, Colorado
Colorado Garden & Home Show is a 9 day event being held from February 13th to the 21st at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, United States Of America. This event showcases product from Architecture & Designing industry.
Denver is my home state, and being a landscape company from Colorado Springs, I have been many times to this event and I never get tired of it. I can share a few other things to do in Denver if you are looking for some time and events to do outside of the garden show!
This event in Denver is quite impressive if you are looking to visit with over 650 vendors from 25 states and Canada. There are booths on energy efficient products, which I find very useful and exciting! You will be able to see many different products of pavers from different companies for patios, premade pergola’s, products for fireplaces and fire pits, outdoor kitchen ideas for a beautiful Colorado outdoor living space. There is a lot of knowledge to gain in this venue with 1400 booths, 50 free seminars, and eleven garden displays. Here is another great thing about the Denver Garden – 100% of every ticket sold is awarded in horticulture grants and scholarships across Colorado. It is definitely one of my favorite things that I have found in all my research of garden shows.
This is a nine day event so I would suggest taking your time to get the best of what is presented here or come and spend two days.
I was unable to find ticket prices at this time.
Downtown Denver is a lovely place to find great food, history and culture. For shopping visit the 16th street mall, there are many stores to shop at. If you not a shopper like me, visit the US Mint, Denver Art Museum, Center of Performing Arts, Denver Aquarium or Larimer Square for great food and drinks. There is also a historic hotel that is amazing – The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa.
